Start dates before 2003

Can't list any jobs or experience that starts before 2003.
2003 is the earliest year available on all date drop-down menu options.
Is this intentional? Is this platform only for young people?

Hi Jenny,

If you click on the year 2003, the years before 2003 would be available in the calendar. It is just the way the date-picker has been set up. We'll hopefully be improving it soon.
